Paul Siwek is a Managing Director in the Accenture’s Industry X Practice and has more than fifteen years of engineering, construction, manufacturing, digital transformation, and consulting experience.   He has a broad background in the Oil & Gas industry, spanning upstream, midstream, downstream and LNG.

Currently Paul is supporting his clients in their digital transformation journeys by enabling their Capital Projects and Plants to utilize Predictive Analytics, IOT and Digital Twin capabilities to drive life cycle performance improvements and enhanced decision making focused on construction productivity, equipment uptime, production throughput and predictive failures.

Prior to Accenture, Paul worked for a Fortune 500 global EPC firm where he led multi-national pursuit teams on complex multi-billion dollar construction projects.
