Suhaib Kaissi is a seasoned expert with over 12 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. His journey began in 2011 at the drilling sites of the Kurdistan region of Iraq within MOL Group. Since then, Suhaib has been propelled through a diverse array of roles and leadership positions where he spent 5 years in Upstream and an additional 7 years in Downstream divisions. In 2013 he moved to the HQ and started his tenure as a Procurement Manager, where he sourced all subsurface material and services for MOL Group Middle East drilling campaigns. He later spearheaded the creation of the Project Risk Management Department in Downstream, making significant strides in enhancing project efficiency and reducing the surprises ratio by 35%. In 2021, he received the Golden Barrel Award - MOL Group's most prestigious award – after establishing MOL Project Management Academy. In his latest roles, Suhaib was a member of the Petrochemical Business unit management team for two and half years. Responsible for Petchem value chain optimization, business reporting, and digital tools. Leading multiple efficiency-focused projects and served as a project owner for several digital initiatives in MOL Group- targeting data transparency for business reporting and supply chain efficiency.
